Refund policy

At ExitRoom101, every artwork is created with the highest care and attention. Because each piece is limited edition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in one specific case: if the artwork arrives damaged.


If your order arrives with visible damage, you must notify us within 30 days from the delivery date. To process your claim, please provide clear photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging.


Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, whichever is most appropriate, as quickly as possible.


Please note:

Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

If the artwork has no damage upon arrival, it is not eligible for return or refund.
